The Rehabilitation Unit Registration Desk

The Rehabilitation Unit registration desk is open on:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and on
Tuesday and Thursday from 7 AM to 6 PM

The admission date must be arranged in person based on a valid referral to ”Ośrodek Rehabilitacji Dziennej” (Day Rehabilitation Center).  The referral is valid for 30 days (it expires if not used at the Rehabilitation Center within 30 days of its date of issue).

Admission to the Institute of Oncology Day Rehabilitation Center 
 

All patients reporting to the Center should have a valid referral to ”Ośrodek Rehabilitacji Dziennej” (Day Rehabilitation Center) issued by:
Health doctors: Health Center doctors:
  • Cancer Ward
  • Surgical Ward (including Oncologic Surgery Ward)
  • Oncological Rehabilitation Clinic
  • Oncologic Surgery Clinic
  • Pain Management Clinic


General Practitioner (in case of deterioration of a chronic condition)
Treatment at the Day Rehabilitation Center takes at least 3 weeks and patients must remain here for about 3.5 hours a day from Monday to Friday.  Patients are required to participate in the rehabilitation during the entire treatment cycle and not undergo rehabilitation at any other center at the same time.
