International collaboration

The Institute has been collaborating with research teams from many European and American science facilities. Some of the most well-known institutions it works with are Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm/Huddinge, National Cancer Institute (NIH-NCI) in Bethesda, UT Soutwestern Medical Center in Dallas and UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. The Institute, as a member of the CChBMT consortium, is a partner of the Global Academic Program MD Anderson Cancer Center network (so called MDAnderson Sister Institutions Network), a worldwide science network grouping several dozen leading research institutions dealing with cancer therapy and biomedical sciences.
